Yeah, I think you have done well inn communicating, but it doesn't stop there.

What when you leave your possition as NT Coach? The chance of you running off completely is extremely much higher than with a guy from NZ.

Also I am for the idea of letting one or two guys from the nation help, or at least get alot of inside knowledge so the knowledge is spread round on how things work with a national side and what you think.

If you have done that I am not sure.

Running a NT side is a great boost for a manager, and so it should be. And how you go on about letting people in close what NZ is doing and players is up to you. I just see the chance higher of reaching what I think is smart if Bball is the NT coach.

I'm not a person that will leave New Zealand after I finished my work next season. I try to give my crew all my experience by discussing the tactics, talking about training programs, etc. ... I asked some weeks ago, who was interested in taking part of the New Zealand NT crew..only Barhilo gave some reaction. When I'm elected..I will ask it again..maybe I can work with bball and barhilo at 1 team then. That would be great :)

If I will finsihe my job, I will give the NT coach the possibilty to ask me questions..if he want I will be his assistent or scout..something like that, so I can still give my experience that I recieved from the New Zealand job last season and the expierence from my Belgium job ofcourse :)

I think it's the last time for NZ that they can suprise at the WC. I mean beating very big countries. We must take this chance with 2 hands.

I hope Maqoma remain nt-coach because he was the first who answer my question about the chances of this player in NT. If I ear others nt-coaches you lost this player.

The communication is the key of the success. :)

I would like to point out that the last time this genius was involved in the NZ National Team, the highlight of my tenure was a goal against Poland.

i think thats NZ's biggest achievement in sokker. Scoring the FIRST goal against Polska. :) No I'm not joking either..

yeah but you think he could've won a game too :P
