No requirements. Base on your instinct. If you think your player is good enough please send him to me. My requirements are usually very high. Here's a rough copy of the standards.

I reckon most of the NT players atm are the best there are and I dont give lousier player chances if I want to win. I only play with the best :) Unless it's in a friendly.

I dont know many teams who have incredible strikers with very good technique and very good pace. I know I dont ;)
