...forgot ;)
But the most important thing is to scout your opponent well, and then set the tactic.
And this will be done carefully everytime before a new match with me as your NT-coach!

This reminds me of a different sort of question i like to know about a person;
Do you prefer to play to your own strength's or your opponent's weaknesses?
Do you prefer to play to your own strength's or your opponent's weaknesses?
oooo i remember my answer to this question ;)
Kasparius you're a fine manager it would be a tough decision but dont dishearten if the flow goes to Maqoma side. keep going and learning more about the New Zealand NT team and maybe if you dont get this round try the next round :) If you do get the role NT coach this round, I have no doubt you will lead NZ well.

Barhilo - ... or our OWN weakness perhaps ;)
I will always use our own strengh as a strong weapon... and that is to use our good strikers in the best possible way.
IF our opponet had a litte weaker flank, i'll ofcourse strike him there.
So my answer to your question must be a mix of both.
I'll proberly change the tactic in every new game, considering what team we're going to meet.
bballmaster2 - I'll do my very best... and my enthusiasm will flow all over your islands, if you'll give me the chance to take NZ to World Cup!

you want to play to our weaknesses...?
And if i could get an A or B answer that would be great, its a given that a mixture would be preferential.

I ment of course that i will strength our own weakness, with a strong defense... we already got a very good offense, witch lead us directly to a A-answer.
If i couldn't mix i prefer to play to our own strength. Yes.
Why? Because i'll rather loose with 4-8 then 0-5... IF we are going to loose at all!

Another thing you will see, with me as your NT-coach is activity on the NZ-forum.
Like the Swedish coach Cambrant done in Sweden, I will try to get as many as possible in NZ to actually care about their NT, and be a part of it with discussions, and competitions on the NZ-forum.
There will be at least one competition every month about the result in a NT-match we play… and like in Sweden, I’ll support the winner of this competitions with a PLUS-membership.
Sweden is a very new SK-country, but it has expended strongly in the latest time… more and more people care about our NT in Sweden, and this I would love to see even in New Zealand. I’ll promise to do my very best for that to happened.
So… the NT-coach job isn’t only to manage a NT, it is also a confidence you got from a whole nation… a confidence I promise you to handle in the very best way.
As you’ve noticed, I haven’t present any crew yet… but if I win the election I hope there be one or two NZ-managers who will support me in teamselections, tactics and join the NT-crew as assistant managers. I will prefer this, before having foreigners (Swedes;) in my crew.
But this I hopefully think we could come back to later.
See you…

Just want to wish everyone good luck in the election tonight, and specially to the winner who should lead the NT to World Cup.
There is a tough fight between Maqoma and Seca... but i'will probarly be back another year as a candidate. I love your players and think your NT will be better and better.
Tnx for this selectiontime :)
