my team trains playmaking for Midfielder, how % the other position receive from playmaking training?
i here's my head coach
poor coach

Training effectiveness:
weak of stamina, unsatisfactory of keeper
hopeless of pace, unsatisfactory of defender
hopeless of technique, outstanding of playmaker
hopeless of passing, hopeless of striker

is he good enough to train playmaking, do other bad effective position take effect or the engine only count the head coach's effective of playmaking position ability

He isn`t good enough - his playmaking skill should be at least magical. So try to pull better coach.

i train playmaking, and play the 3-5-2 tactic, so if i dont substitute any player there are 10 players will be trained (1 league 1 friendly), but if I substitute a player who played as attacker in the league game to play 10 minutes in the friendly game, will he be trained as midfielder?
if i have 16 player that i want to train playmaking, 10 of 16 will be set at the start-up, 6 will come as substitute in 2 game as midfielder, will all of 16 players will be trained playmaking?
if not, how many maximun players can be trained playmaking in a week

Player only receive more training for 2 matches if they play on the same position. If you change the position (ATT on Sunday and MID on wednsday) they will only receive training for the last played position (for the coresponding number of minutes)

10 players is the max that you can have to receive "full training"* because how much training each player gets depends on how long they've played in the match.
eg; If a player gets subbed off at halftime in a friendly and its the only have he gets all week (and he is in a training position) then he will only get half training.

Also as Dumb said below, if a player plays two matches, a full match with ATT order and the friendly with 10 minutes on MID order, he will only get the 10 minutes training for playing MID, so it would be better not to play him. If a player plays twice a week in the same position then he will get cumulative training of that position until the maximum effect.

*On the basis that each player only plays once a week, so full training would be the amount getting trained from playing 90 minutes in that one match
