If Im going to train stanima for 5-6 weeks is it worth having any Assistant coaches? I mean do they make help when training stanima? They cost me 118 k a week.
Or is it too expensive to sack and replace them again?

assistants are good for training anything.
Why would you not have them?

Nah yeah.
Just looking for ways to save up some money.
I quess it would cost more to hire new coaches again anyway

I don't want to disuade you from training stamina if it will help your team.
But I don't like seeing NT players training stamina during the season. There are two weeks in the off-season that are prime for training stamina. If you have a head coach who has stamina as a strong skill, a player can add another level or two during the season through trickle/random training.
Again, if stamina training is what your team needs to compete at the next level (Cashmere is looking good this season) then do it. I just hate seeing young NT players spend their optimal training period working on stamina. :)
