I am the last U21 coach from this country and I have shown I'm a good coach. And above all... we are friends!

If you think New Zealand U21 had more chances to do a better result this season, I think you aren't a great coach, only a manager who tries to criticize other managers for personal benefit.

Vitalie07 - This is directed at you and you only. You can criticize Mourinho all you want but he has done a VERY GOOD job with the NZL U21 team considering the state it was in when he took it over. The previous management before Mourinho completely destroyed the team and he has come in, made it a lot more competitive and can only make it better.

Mourinho has my vote of confidence over everyone else, and I'm positive he has unfinished business with NZL. So instead of doing your best to slag him of at any chance you get, how about you concentrate on not making a fool of yourself.

And that completes my rant for the day.

For U21 I think pif-paf-puf seems like the best choice so far. At least he promised in his mail to work hard. So maybe deserves to get this place.

Well, he has 2.5 years more experience than you + knows how to organize and what to expect from running a NT.
