hi all guys. Filippo`s here, i`m 26 years old and I live in Florence, Italy.
I`m studying Medicine and Surgery at Florence`s college. I`m candidating in New Zealnd for a love-question:
my girlfriend works in Manurewa.

I`m sorry for my English: i understand everything you write, but I could have some (little?) problems to write
in this language and let you know my thoughts!

My team is NY Central Perks and we play in C.08 since two seasons.

MY TEAM

My first season in sokker, i immediatly won the championship; after that, my team used to finish at the second place in "Serie D",
waiting to be ready to try a new adventure in the upper series; so, at my third season playing serie D, i won the
championship, landing with my team in a really difficult division (C.08)

This new division is really difficult, other players are strong and they are engaged in winning the championship, but
my team was great and we arrived two times at the second place. Next season i`m looking to be promoted in "serie B".

First season: 1st place In Eccellenza 0.57
Second season: 2nd place In Serie D.50
Third season: 2nd place In Serie D.50
Fourth season: 1st place In Serie D.50
Fifth season: 2nd place In Serie C.08
Sixth season: 2nd place In Serie C.08

TACTIC

I`ve been training defenders since the first day i`m playing, and I`m now training two
defenders playing in Swiss and Brazialian NT. Now i`m going to grow up passing and midfielding
in my defenders, so to have complete multiskill players.

My best play is a 3-4-3 made with 3 defenders and a couple of defensive midfielders, so to keep the ball and
rapidly pass it to my forwards and offensive midfielders. I need my team to have a great pace and
technical skills, to play counterattack and to move from right to left, taking all the space we have
at our disposal.

I would like to adapt NT tactic to the best players we have, and to the teams we`re going to face, but i also want
the team playing as i like to: high passing, fast moving, amazing play!

We`ll ever try to do our play and We`ll never give up a game!


MANAGEMENT

The forst thing that we will do is the creation of a detailed NT Database. Then we attempt to divide the work in two team: one for the NT players, the second for the U21. And finally we create a work-group to study the promotion of new player from youth-team and the U17. My idea is to specialize the whole training-world that wheel around NT, giving helps ad regards the traingn of youth players and creating guide-lines to optimize it.

I don't neglect the statistical system and we'll try to have useful indication from its study.

I'll involve the community with many initiative like quiz, competitions of photomontages and funny images...
And we'll create a blog where speaking about the NT and so many others things.

Florence is one of my most favorite places in the world to visit. Ive been there a few times.

My question is. Have you been following the NZ NT this season? And where do you think we could improve our performances?

You`re right. Most of my difficulties are finding the right meaning of some words, while translating my thoughts from italian to english.

I`ve been looking NT matches: i brought two players in Swiss and Brazilian NT, and i also got an interesting player for
New Zealand NT, so i know these three teams very well.

New Zealand NT played a nice qualifying group: Croatian NT was very stronger, but the third place is a great final result.
I`ve appreciated Seca`s tactical knowledge and his ability to variate tactics: i`m trying to work in this NT also for our
similar method to prepare matches: three defenders, two defensive midfielders, two forwards or a winger, and an advanced
forward who scores a lot of goals.

I would like to start here to improve the skills of some players like Hird, Bodger, Gilbert and Reza, trying to
build a group of specialized players for every tactic situation we`ll try to play.

New Zealand NT is one of the best 20/30 national teams in Sokker, and I`ll try to pass World Cup`s first round.
We`ll need better luck to find easier matches on our way than the last time, and we`ll need to involve many
New Zealanders teams owners to partecipate at NT forum with constructive argumentations: National team must be
a way of pride for all the people, not only a way of business for someone interested in!

If we all together will get this kind of thougts, we`ll have nice results.

We could also speak about Copa America but I think your question is referring to official matches!
