xarepe [del] to All
Hi people.

Sorry for only getting here in NT elections time, I know it can look like bad for my image, but believe me - I follow all NTs and I'm aware of the growth this NT had had in the last seasons.

-My experiencie in NTs

-4 seasons ago I was the Brazilian NT manager and made Brazil go to the world cup. Unfortunely, I couldn't continue with the job next season, in the WC.

-I was twice brazilian NT scout, all those seasons following NTs made me a very nice view about the subject.

-I, together with my scouts, found a few great players who are playing until now by the Brazilian NT.

My experiencie in my team
I play in the 6th strongest group in Brazil (C.07) and was already champion once and a few times runner-up. I have a great experiencie with tactics, specially as I was NT coach. Personally, I like 442, 352 and 451 and I know how to use all of them extremely well. I play sokker for more than 2 years.

My view about NTs
There are a lot of small european countries with very good players and team. It's mainly because of the involvement that the community has with the NT, and the compromise and inteligence the people have in trainning the players as the NT need and invest heavily in trainning and youths. I think NZ DO have potential to, in some seasons, become one of the best NTs in sokker.

Users in New Zealand
I pretend to do something to increase number os users from New Zealand in sokker...that means that sometime in the future we'll have more players/youths to count with in the NT.

Please, give me a chance.

Sincerely,
xarepe.

I think I deserve a bit more than 3 deleted posts in my thread :P

Until now, I have no votes...please tell me what do you need from me, to prove that I can be the right manager of you.

I have a few games I selected to show up my tactics.

Brasil 2x0 Colombia

This is nothing "special" in tactics, but this game remembers me a very nice thing. Our qualification to the WC. :D.
That was the game I used to qualify Brazil. As you can see from the game, ratings and team ratings, I didn't have a good squad at my disposal and it was nice example of a 343 (this was 4 seasons ago).

Brasil 2x3 Italia
This was a friendly against the second best NT in the season (they were second place in WC), where I used a 451 and with a lot worse squad, almost got a good result. Analyzing the result, I know it wasn't that good, but the season before this one, Brasil lost 4x0 against them, they were a very strong team comparing to others.

Brasil NT in real life is veeeery far from Sokker's NT. There is a big difference :D

fonoaudiologia 4x1 FlaEstat (this one only for Plus)

This was the last game of this season. Fla Estat (he got promoted) had lost only once all the season and I made a nice 442 which completely destroyed his team.

Please, I just ask to take all my experience in NT, my 2 years of sokker and also ask you to analyze better who deserves your vote. :)

hello xarepe

You definitely have enough skills tactical wise and experience to run a good NT team. Interesting tactics as well. There are other managers that are also capable of this job. Goodluck though

Hey xarepe, sorry i havent been able to post earlier but have been reasonably busy up til now.

First off, are you proficient in english? If so, to what degree?

Second off, could you please give me a match (if not listed above) where you feel you tactically outwitted a stronger opponent (win or lose) and could you also give me one for the opposite.

Cheers and good luck!

Hi Barhilo. Thx for the questions.

1 - Yes, I have a good english skills. At least I consider it enough to communicate myself with other english-speaker people. :) I have studied english for 5 years (finished months ago) in one of the best english courses in Brazil. Personally, I like more to write than speak :)

2 - Not listed above? Well, I consider the match against Italy and the one of my team against Fla Estat as good examples (both were stronger than me), but I have other examples against teams with same level as me, where I scored a lot of goals (one of this season and other of last season).

Again a good example of my favorite tactic, the 4132:

team with a very strong attack and midfield, where I didn't let him pass from the midfielder, using my mids with best defense skill possible and using a very strong defensive tactic, where my defenders were all time with his strikers, not leting them play. With this tactic, it's very important to have strikers with good pace and defender skills.

Personally, I wouldn't use this tactic a lot in NTs. I had to create this one without center midfielder because I didn't have one. Then I used the wings of the pitch, with 2 wingers and the 2 def. midfielders supposed to help the wingers. As the opponent wasn't strong enough in the center of the pitch to beat my team, I could easily win with a 5-0.

Now a bad example of myself using bad tactics? Well I'm not perfect and I don't have players to play the way I'd like to play, that would be very different in a NT like New Zealand.

I used this same tactic against other team, in the next week and I lost by 5-1
http://online.sokker.org/comment.php?matchID=2605662
That's a good example of why I wouldn't use this tactic in any NT. He is as strong as my team and I lost that way because he was stronger in the midfield, and I did not have any players in this place, only wings (also I lost this way because my best player - the defender midfielder - got red card).

Now this is not a question but I'd like to point out our group.

1. Italia
2. Danmark
3. New Zealand
4. Türkiye
5. Malaysia
6. Ecuador

I liked our gruop.

Supposedly, we have squad to fight for the second place against Danmark. It's very difficult to beat Italy and fight for the first place, because they'll problaby won't lose points against Danmark, Ecuador, Türkiye and Malaysia, when you have a MUCH better team, it's almost imposible to lose, even with a bad random.

I've already played against Italy with Brazil and with a team like New Zealand (well, Brazil was worse than what New Zealand is now, but also Italy was worse than they are now), so I believe we can study their team and make whatever is posible to win, although it's a very difficult job.

Turkiye is better than Malaysia. We can't sleep against team, but we should win (as Seca easily did today :) nice match, dude). And against Malaysia and Ecuador it must be easy.

Oh, and the currently brazilian champion and current NT coach (rgbirro) will help New Zealand with tactics and line up, if I be elected.

Thx a lot,
xarepe.

I'd like to thank the vote I received (I don't know who voted but i'm in the first page, which means I have at least 1% of the votes (1 vote)), but I don't think 1 vote will be enough even though I would be the coach if it finished now, so I ask once again to think better about who you are voting and if possible to give a trust vote for me ;)

I also would like to point out that I did not ask for ANY support from brazilians in this thread (the deleteds posts from 2 brazilians can look like strange), I think it's very bad for a candidate doing that. ;)
