Cheers for bumpage, i haven't updated the last few bits because the spreadsheet is on my broken ex-work laptop. Does anybody know if Microsoft Works will support an Excel file properly?

Thats pretty impressive my 25 year old seems to be taking for ever to pop.

At the highest levels pace training can certainly get painfully slow!

Have given up without a pop on him and listed.
For 26y/o at Incredible or Brilliant it seems to be 10-12 week pops... :-/

5 to brilliant pace (22)
8.5 to magical pac (23/24)
11 to unearthly (25/26)

Shows the combination of age & higher skills. 11 weeks to unearthly was a killer..

I have a 28yr old who is now Pace +15. I think he may never pop again...,
