I think you're probably right, depending on talent.

If your looking to sell him then go to the Junior Transfers forum and see how much money people are willing to offer. At least a million would allow u to bring in several nice players to help you ease your relegation worries :)

I upgraded to a Brilliant when I realised how good he was with 20 weeks left, that was based on somebodies advice from here, I had an Outstanding before that.

The Academy is great though as I had an outstanding who came out a Keeper and sold for 350k prior to that which enabled me to expand the stadium for the first time.

I hope this guy is either trainable or pays for a Big upgrade. lol

yeah i recently upgraded to brilliant no benefit yet though :(

You will see it eventually. I may try for a Magical soon as I think it is worth it, need some money first though....
