Got a guy called Howard Mottershead who is a 4 week talent with a Formidable YC. He has 12 weeks to go and is at Excellent and so he should make it to Incredible..... Hopefully he will be 17!!!
18 is probably his minimum age, but to get somebody to incredible with a formidable coach is great work. Good luck with that one!

How do you work out 18 as minimum age? He joined my youth team 9 weeks ago and he has 12 weeks left. I know the minimum age within a season is 16 so going into next season means +1 year? Cheers.

Just means if he is 16 now, his age update will happen with all the other players in the game, meaning he would come out as 17...
However, he could be 18 now, and come out as 19... its impossible to tell

Yeah, your calculations are all fine, but i don't see how he can be excellent already in 9 weeks, it's borderline impossible with the best coaches, but definately with yours. He must have been in your school longer than that and therefore already +1 in age.

You should get around £2m for him i would think. He wasn't far off Bensted's skills, talent and age.
His skills are not worth more than 800k £. Even that`s high price.

Well, distribution is not everything. He will go for less though you're right, but anybody willing to train him long term will make an absolute mint on him.

Yes it was not a good amount as to buy a player for the midfield that good at 23 would have cost 2 or 3 times the price. I fear he has sold him and not had much back.
