And too weak for ermejo as well i would think. He's certainly a series III trainee at best :-)
2009-07-31 00:37:17
Ermejo is after Steeler's pull. lol

He is a great youth.
2009-07-31 01:04:00
he is, shame about end of season and soon to be 19yo

still good skills and talent for a pace trainer
2009-07-31 13:42:59
Talented but nearly 19 and not exactly high in skills.

Exactly. I'm scraping the barrel for trainees at the moment. All my decent youth school prospects turned out to be entirely duff. Nothing else coming through either. Think I'll have to buy some. Only one worth keeping, if only to sell on in one season, was this one

Ryan Pendle, age 20
value: 114 150 £
wage: 1 320 £
excellent form

hopeless stamina hopeless keeper
excellent pace good defender
excellent technique average playmaker
excellent passing poor striker

I have started up a youth system this season and aren't really sure which to keep and which to get rid of? The shorter the time in the system the youunger there will be, is that correct? What skills should i keep on what week? If someone would be willing to give advice i would send them my youths currently in my system and could discus which to keep etc?

Any help would be welcome, thanks very much :-)

Post the one's you've got here now and we'll give you a hand. Generally the shorter they are in the school the younger, yeah.

I've kept some because the programme i used said they would come out at 16. Some other said they could come out at magical, if they continue to pop at 3 weeks which some have. Thanks alot for having a look :-)

Dylan Arnott good 2 weeks
Dan Pallant adequate 3 weeks
Anthony Hoyles excellent 3 weeks
Morgan Guppy solid 6 weeks
Jez Awdry solid 6 weeks
Boris Crang excellent 10 weeks
Steve Milsom good 14 weeks
Andrew Hay very good 14 weeks
Vince Ostcliffe good 16 weeks
Joel Moyne good 19 weeks
Ray Trippas solid 21 weeks
Jonathon Wichett adequate 23 weeks
Rod Meggy good 25 weeks
Leo Hyde average 27 weeks

I don´t know their talent, but you should keep all of them.
2009-08-01 10:54:14
Agreed, there are some nice ones there. :)
2009-08-01 11:37:51
As the others have said, keep them all unless you know their talent. As a vague rule of thumb, promote everyone that can come out at 16yo if they promote at adequate or above, excellent for 17y and formidable for 18yo's (assuming they are all promoted mid-season).

It is up to you to see if they can get there with the talent they possess, but if you're using a program you should be to find this info and tell their age anyway.

PS - i hope you didn't just come on to brag, your school looks better than mine!

Thank for the advice. Some of them i haven't had long enough for the programme to know their talents, some pop 4 some pop 5 i think. The ages and stats are going to help me out no end, thanks jimmy!

I use apollo to track their talents of when they are popping etc and sokker 1.0.2 r something which does tell me estimated age and final talent. Got a brilliant youth coach if that helps?

I'm definately not braggin, wouldn't even know if i had something worth bragging about but i'm learn slowly! Thanks alot for your help again.

Incredible Junior, loving the age.¨:)

Dan Goodenough, age: 17
value: 67 950 £, wage: 915 £
club: Longfield Tigers, country: England
very good form, tragic tactical discipline

adequate stamina, hopeless keeper
solid pace, hopeless defender
tragic technique, very good playmaker
hopeless passing, very good striker
2009-08-13 19:39:14
Just a shame about the talent :D
2009-08-14 23:42:39
Talent is good, had his pm been on tech I would have been laughing my ass off. lol
2009-08-14 23:43:51
are you sure he is good enough?
2009-08-15 10:40:55
He's pretty good if you train him long enough.
