Subject: »[JNRS] Juniors - formidable +

2009-10-08 13:10:05
Its strange I was not totally unhappy as I know he could have been worse, but for England I would have preferred different distribution and a year younger. Does that make sense? I guess I wanted a future superstar, plus I do feel his sum of skills is low for an Unearthly?
2009-10-08 13:11:03
Strange distribution on those ones.
2009-10-08 13:36:21
His sum is low and apparently there's a heavier weighting on stamina, but i do see what you mean.

We all want more but all in all he's not a bad pull. Brilliant+ pulls are over rated, people expect more than they get and often they are let down by age. The best long term players are generally not really high initial pulls.

Was a formidable +2:

Anwar Keats, age: 19

club: Mcoi, country: England
value: 41 700 £, wage: 630 £
very good form, tragic tactical discipline

average stamina tragic keeper
adequate pace tragic defender
solid technique very good playmaker
poor passing hopeless striker

Doubt he'll sell for a great deal.

I agree entirely, my best ever pull has still been a Solid. Coatsworth is now a Double Incredible. :)

Its strange I was not totally unhappy as I know he could have been worse, but for myself I would have preferred different distribution and a year younger.?

Corrected your little typo:)

Hopefully next week my megatalented unearthly+0 will be bit better. I only want him to be 18y old, skills are secondary. Don`t want to get my hopes up, I know I´ll be disappointed then:)
2009-10-08 16:33:35
Pfft you know what I meant, for me training wise he is ideal, but had he been a defender who was 18 I would have preferred it as he would be more useful in the long run for u21 and eventually Full NT. :p

He was better age wise than my Magical from a while ago, but skills wise he was worse due to the Good Stamina.
2009-10-08 16:39:48
but had he been a defender who was 18 I would have preferred it as he would be more useful in the long run for the transfer market. :p

Corrected your second typo ;)

LOL you lot are extremely harsh on me....even if you have a fair point. ;)
2009-10-08 16:41:43
altruism is a darwinist strategy, that's all i'm saying :)
2009-10-08 16:42:55
I sat in a meeting with 2 therapists today, and my head hurts far too much to even contmplate what Darwin said. ;)
2009-10-08 16:44:02
To be fair, it's probably more to do with what Dawkins said about what Darwin said, but I don't pay much attention to chinese whispers.
2009-10-08 16:44:35
Where's my aspirin.
2009-10-08 18:47:57
very happy with this one

Toby Haylock, age: 17

club: Alkington FC, country: England
value: 70 950 £, wage: 960 £
very good form, tragic tactical discipline

hopeless stamina hopeless keeper
weak pace average defender
excellent technique excellent playmaker
poor passing poor striker

hope you get a good pull soon mate!
2009-10-08 19:08:27
He's nice; some people want to buy him though...
2009-10-08 20:22:04
Thanks and congrats on yours, hes a very nice pull. ;)
