He has the skills of a low excellent. Your coach over estimated him.

though your right, he does have the skills of an excellent youth pull. the wage of him or one of an outstanding ;) so he could be right if every skill is very close to increasing a few general trainings.

Got this guy in my school at the moment with 3.5 talent so the potential to hit divine if he carries on...

Shame he'll be basically 19 when pulled :(

i dont think age will really be a problem if he is that talented.

I'd much prefer to pull an outstanding 17yo. You can do more with that. Mine will probably be a horribly rounded ATT and my experience is that him being nearly 19 will hurt his training and value a lot.
