yep already in the list, I don't tend to train my juniors much, not sure why not but I usually never get many in the same positions so hard to structure any training plan that benefits and hate to waste talent

The question is after pace would you train as a DM or Striker?

Pretty equal either way.

My original goal was tech and passing, but with the ageing squad I had it would of been a struggle to get any long term plans in place. The plan is to basically try and make as much money as I can in the quickest possible way and that happens to be training 22 players in pace.

No worries, but I assumed he needed pace training? Shows what I know ;-) That being said, he's probably too old now for your needs anyway ...
