It’s only technique he is really low in and that’s so quick to train. If he’s not talented then I’d sell him in any case. He could have been worse had his stamina and keeper been higher……I have a nervy 3 week wait for my youths to come out now. I really desperately need 3 or 4 new trainees now.
Georgie Rice, age: 17, height: 184 cm
value: 75 150 £, wage: 990 £
club: RTS Widzew Łódz, country: England
very good form, tragic tactical discipline
poor stamina, hopeless keeper
very good pace, unsatisfactory defender
unsatisfactory technique, solid playmaker
solid passing, very good striker

Georgie Rice looks almost perfect. He’s got quite a decent talent and his skills have developed pretty well.

I am really pleased with Bamford, he ended up an Outstanding level youth. Clearly I am guessing Rice above higher than that? Either way I am happy and he is definitely staying to be trained........either as a defender or midfielder.
Niall Bamford, age: 17, height: 178 cm
value: 64 800 £, wage: 870 £
club: Thamesmead Town FC, country: England
very good form, tragic tactical discipline
hopeless stamina, hopeless keeper
very good pace, solid defender
average technique, weak playmaker
very good passing, hopeless striker

You are so f lucky. If i hear you complain one more time i swear to god... :)
wdp never gets any good youths, fact.
I mean the stream of internationals that he's sold off suggest that too :P

I had not had a good youth for seasons and seasons :p
I am really happy with Bamford though, I reckon he may just about be max talent and come out with as good a distribution as I could hope for?

@Camus, what do you want Bamford trained to be? Rice too I guess, as he could be a good winger or striker?
Wayne, if a player shows the right level, I don’t sell him — I keep him for training.
The talent chart of Georgie Rice looks like a stock market chart — first we have liquidity grab at the top, then manipulation at the bottom, and finally a renewed upward trend.
If you sell him, you can then carry on complaining about never having any good youths to train ;)
Bamford is probably a defender, Rice probably a striker. I'd always say that any outfield player should get Tech and Pace to start with because all outfielders need it.
Rice is very similar to how Dave Saka started. Think he'd have been wasted as a striker!
