You maybe right, I feel he came in at a similar time to Bamford from my school.

Yes shame about his position if he would be an outfield player i probably wouldnt have sold him but my main coach is hopeless in gk and i didnt feel like training him in different position altough i think he could be a really nice defender

He could be a nice defender, had GK been on defence he would have been a monster! As he is he is quite far behind my player Bamford who has better talent. I am confident I can make an absolute master keeper out of him for England though :)

Equally stunning coach :)

My last effort to get a coach saw me get another unearthly but he is over 60 now and was not as good so sits as my youth coach. I basically switched them because the one above is ideal for all training.

Every season after this is going to be you worrying about his retirement ;)
2025-09-09 15:06:33
So is there a certain age when they start retiring after shitty season for example will 45 year old retire if i get relegated and im expected to win the league ?

No retirements until at least 60
2025-09-09 15:08:52
:/

If you don't relegate, it's unlikely any coach under 65 will retire. 65 and over, it becomes more likely. No idea what the longest a coach has stuck around is since the new system has been implemented. There were some who had ancient ones from the old system stick around at very old ages but not usually for long.

When the new system implanted I had did have a coach over 103 yrs old who stayed a further season. My current eldest coach is my YC at 61 yrs old.
