What are you training that he wouldn't suit? Only striker is a waste on him, what a lovely distributed pull.
Here's my formidable, who has the same skill points as Camus' outstanding.
Sean Crumble, age: 19, height: 182 cm
value: 60 150 £, wage: 825 £
club: Armitage Shanks, country: England
very good form, tragic tactical discipline
average stamina, hopeless keeper
average pace, poor defender
very good technique, very good playmaker
tragic passing, weak striker

Thanks I was pleased tbh the only thing id have changed is striker to technique.
My 17 yr old did not come out as nicely distribution wise.

I don't have the best coach for training defenders and I don't like training them anyway because they're a liability. I'm quite happy to take the money and strengthen my midfield or attack.

Curious what your main coach looks like then? I'd assume you could afford unearthly in all the right places to train any position (bar GK).

I could afford Unearthly if I could find one. Finding a top coach in this game is broken.
Yep. I don't much care about the Overall rating of the coach, I'm quite happy with a Magical youth coach. What I need is the 6 x Unearthly for the head coach and there are so few of them on the market it's ridiculous. I hate that random coach lottery even more.
I was extremely lucky with mine, I had a few shots every couple of weeks and then I had 5 one day and got the jackpot coach. Then when my current youth team coach retired it took £2m and although I got an unearthly he was almost 60. The previous one which was after 5 goes was 43 yrs old and as maxed as I could get.
You have to spend a couple of million potentially.
You don't have to spend a couple of million. I spent peanuts.

Then you got lucky. I think I've spent around 650k so far and got nothing but decent assistants.
If you read my post I was lucky and then I wasn't for the 2nd replacement ;)
