I don't think it's that hard to get ab ideal head coach. It's much harder to get ab unearthly youth coach .

You should try coach select for 6x unearthly and I don't think it will take that long. Unless you have been very unlucky in the past.

This is my godly coach which I got after 5 attempts and at 43 yrs old.

I moved him to head coach and needed an unearthly for my new youth coach and this guy cost me easily £2m and was nowhere near as good. He was 59 yrs old too which kind of sucked.....he's still here tough.

I also got my head coach with that same £2m, so there was a small bonus to the underlying cost :D

Switch them, you need the unearthly skills for your training. The level is all that's important for your Youth Coach :)

I would probably still swap them as the difference between them for YC is minimal.

That formidable Playmaking on the first is going to hurt him as head coach. I'd switch them.

My junior coach is "only" brilliant, don't think that the extra couple of levels is worth the additional spend.

It’s only 1 level so imo it’s a minimal difference anyway. I’m sure Borja’s has correct numbers on the difference in % terms.

I also though playmaker wasn't really an important skill? Or has that changed? I don't intend training it, so am i really going to get that much benefit in side pops?

I only really play for the junior pulls, so i may well still just keep them as they are.

The dropoff from training Unearthly to Magical on Sokker Assistant was 93points down to 88, and that's just 1 level. There are other factors but that's a significant drop, which would correlate with side pops. Stands to reason that dropping from Unearthly to Formidable is going to do some damage.

One major plus about pm is stamina has no impact on it. On players with lower stamina in particular, more important than passing although you still need both.
