Unlucky with the initial distribution, but he looks like a winger with bonus striking ability to me. He will pop extremely quickly in tech and passing, and with that starting pace he would look very different in only a few weeks.
It's not worth training Tech and Passing to turn him into a winger if instead you can just train Tech and turn him into a striker. The distribution on him is just horrible.
Anfield finally pulled a superstar and he's a Keeper. Honestly I've never seen anyone with such bad luck with the juniors.
For the U21s a striker makes sense, but longer term, I think the PM will be too large to ignore, even with random pops alone. He's talented enough to become an all round monster winger IMO
The 2 levels of PM he has over Striking are basically wiped out by his Passing being weak, It'd take 7 or 8 weeks max to get his Striking to the same level as his PM, but it'd take a lot longer to get his Passing to the same level as his PM. Ultimately you want to go the quickest route to viability, so it's much easier to train just Tech than Tech + Passing.
At least he has high pace. It'll just a while to make him good. Definite striker in my eyes with nice sides.
I am going to train him due to his talent and he does have nice pace to start so thats a big advantage. I will train him in technique and make into a striker and see how things go. If PM had been on tech or even the stamina he would have been a monster. As it stands its early season so he has lots of time to improve.
If a better junior comes along he will get binned off. There's a 19yo brilliant coming in 4 weeks so will assess that at the time.
I need a striker trainee though, he fits the bill at least for now. I can't buy anyone at the moment as under a transfer embargo due to my negative bank balance.

I believe I was unlucky today, I wasn't sure what to expect as he didn't really get great marks in the youth games even as a striker.
I'm still tempted to make an offer for him on the provision that we can naturalise him as rightfully Welsh!
