i am in the position of premoting a fantastic keeper seeing my coach is incredible in that area.

The indivual skills on the youth coach, doesen't effect the skills of the junior pull.

I have an Ole Gunnar Biscuit Barrel...

I am trying, currently done prem down to III.05 so far with my sk mails.

I don't mean just pointing them in the direction of the thread. I mean much deeper.

Now i am a promotion lead i guess i better start helping out with that, (along with some of my other ideas to get users involved).

I am happy to continue with my Future Star thread if you don't want to maintain this. I suggested getting people to post anybody that will promote incredible or higher or any player with less than 4 talent (with any coach). I think that is the best way to narrow it down.

I don't think most users understand the importance of age on a junior...but that is another subject ;o)

dont think it should be limited to incredible and above. Age at the promotion lvl is very important ive had a 16 come out as solid who played for england and if i had not sold him he would still be playing for them

I am happy for this thread to continue to be honest, and I think that the post above is correct in so far as we should not discount lower level pulls, I had a solid this season who was 16 and had a decent talent. I have kept him to train and he is currently our best 16 yr old striker.

Talent for me is the key thing, we cannot also discount players with a talent of over 4 if they were from a youth school with a low level coach.

Your help with the mailing of users to get participation going would be more than welcome and due to current circumstances maybe more appropriate. I have mailed all Prem teams, II teams and III teams. Only IV is left which I know is the bulk of teams, but I am sure I heard a few weeks back somebody in IV had a Magical on the way. So we should not discount these teams by any means, and I also feel it will be a good way to ensure participation in the community from newer managers and hopefully we will keep them in the game....we all know the start is the hardest part of this game.
