Yep, strange how that has turned out. Hope they prove to be accurate as I would hope to finally get some decent pulls.

I have an incredible (hopefully, should pop!!) this week, outstanding the week after and a formidable 2 weeks after that. Hopefully at least 1 of them will be either worth some money or a decent pace trainee.

this thread is nothing but a wind-up anyway! the players i've had that looked like future star pulls have ended up rubbish or too old but then i had a "very good" come out as a perfect 17yr old keeper and sell for 600k. pah. humbug.

If they have definite sub 3.5 talent then adding excellents and very goods isn't a bad idea

Out of interest, is the age of youth pulls random or is it related to how long they have been in the youth squad?

If they are in the youth squad at the end of the season, they age one season. So a guy that takes 2 seasons can only be 18 or over.

so yeah randomly 16-18 when they first come in, and then age each season

OK, thanks. I suspected they aged each seasons, but I hadn't considered that they could be older than 16 before starting their 34 weeks.

Would be nice to know their age when they join, though I guess that takes away a little something when they get pulled. Can be bloody frustrating though.
