Knowing junior's age came up in an ideas thread recently internationally, but i don't like it for exactly the reason you state.

I want to sell him and make money. What can I expect for him?

Between £500k-£1m easy i think.

Thats GREAT news for me. Should I try to increase his pace and then sell or sell now? I think I can get him up another level...

If you get him to formidable pace and can prove 4 week talent with an Oustanding YC then you'll get a tidy sum imo. ;)

Thanks coach :) Thats what I was advised to do by ncn too... I can prove the talent with graph but cant prove the coach.
