DJ said: I don't think most users understand the importance of age on a junior...but that is another subject ;o)

The talent under 4 and anyone promoting incredible and above was just a rule of thumb. I am fully aware of the importance of age as quoted from my previous post above :o) all 16yo's should be tracked until talent can be reasonably determined.

I personally think there should be a separate thread just for all 16yo pulls, so they can be tracked appropriately. This will not work at all until more people in England start using junior schools and understand which ones to keep, and the importance of 16yo pulls.

I could go on forever, but as i said before, i have my own ideas that i will be rolling out when i've thought them through a bit.

Well, good luck with the thread, i hope you keep people more interested than i did last time...i think the U21 job will help with this going forward ;o)

All now updated and there are some good ones in there too.

I will now try and post Players ID's to the ones promoted today.....I may ask for more information possibly.

What do others think, is there any info you would like to see for the promoted Juniors?

Oh and just a polite reminder, could you please try and stick to the format as it makes it very hard for me to be accurate with things like the dates etc if it is not mentioned.

Thanks. ;)

Ok I have now updated the Promoted Juniors from today, do people like the way it is shown, is there enough info etc?

There were some nice youths today especially age wise....it would be good if they were all posted on the "Best Of Thread" in Sokker England for their respective positions. ;)

Ronnie Bissett / Green Mile Old Timers / Outstanding / 3 / 4.5 / Incredible +2 / 29/01/09

Vincent Eaton / Green Mile Old Timers / Very Good / 9 / 3.4 / Outstanding / 12/03/09

Just a question wdp, shouldn't you just do dates of promotion and not no. of weeks left in school, otherwise you're creating a lot of work for yourself updating them all for not much gain?

As for the promoted juniors, won't they mostly be posted on the Formidable+ Juniors thread, therefore posting them here might be slightly unnecessary? Maybe just chase people up to post them on the Formidable+ Juniors thread and the Future England threads?

In my personaly opinion i think it is a pretty hideous format (and all in bold. yuk) :o)

What about the way i layed my thread out? I think it is easier to read and understand if split by the season and week number promoted.

If i were a moderator i'd update the best of threads myself ;o)

You have a good point there, however a fair few people are not giving me the dates, just the weeks left, this creates a lot more work for me. lol

Having the weeks left is purely a space saving issue that I could probably do away with. ;)

ncn mis-understood me when he posted his junior. i meant for him to copy stu's junior and post it in the junior-formidable forum.
