Point is that as fickle as fans can be they don't walk out on their clubs on the result of one game it's long term trends that matter.

Is there any info on what this change is based on yet, surely it has to be the 11 for each team on the pitch and not rankings or squad value? If it is the players on the pitch then I could it be abused by only having 10 players?

I think one answer could be Club u21 teams... like a youth league involving the teams in your own league, where results have no effect on the first team whatsoever!

I know its a long shot, but... would make Tuesdays interesting!

I would love an extra match a week but sadly that wouldn't work because not all teams have a full team of U21's to play.

i won my first game in 3 weeks... 5 supporters left the club! i think the move to reduce supporter mood loss when beaten by a better side makes sense, but surely a win is a win and the supporters should be happy about it! when has anyone ever stopped supporting a team because they don't win by enough! arse!

It seems to dodgy even for its intended use on underdogs to me. One of the new guys in my league is badly outclassed whether you go on ratings, values or rank and managed to keep the score down to some extent (even taking a point in one game) until yesterday.

Yesterday he played one of the supposedly 'big three' and to make things worse he forgot to set his team up which meant he played 10 men and a man got sent off aswell during the game. He lost 8-0 which probably should have been expected even with his first team and 11 players playing. Today he posted on our forum that his fans are depressed, I don't know at this point if that was due to just yesterday but it's stupid whether it is or not.

In my game I climbed a level after a 7-3 result (YAY!!!) when I was worried that I hadn't actually done enough to keep at the level that I was because I probably had the stronger team.

great another win that has done nothing for my supporters - they remain depressed inspite of 2 league and 2 friendly wins. great. love this.

I had a truely wonderful season , junior premiership last game from 6th to 4th, won the league from 3rd last game
