RedJim had an incredible / brilliant coming in the next coupld of weeks. I'm fairly certain he'll be keeping that player.

Even if I would want that player, I don't have the amount :)

I was just curious for the level the junior would have :)

i think he popped to brilliant - 2 last week.

jim said that if the player is a goalkeeper, he might scream like a girl.

This week I think. Hopefully he will be a striker as we need some younger ones (most of the main ones are getting on now).

Shame about the pace and technique really, but he's as young as he could be considering the number of weeks he was to start with and he should pop pretty sharpish when I get round to pace and technique training.

This season: defending
Next season: defending/pace about 50/50
After that: tech/pm/passing 1 season, pace/pm/passing the next alternately

My training plans are pretty long-term - in 4 seasons he'll be looking pretty good I think
