My advice is to wait until thursday and see if any pop. After thursday, sack any you still don't like. Other people would tell you to sack all of them straight away, some may suggest to keep the weak.
If you can't get on between thursday and saturday, I'd suggest keeping the weak as a compromise.

that's a pretty poor lot, I'd fire all but benny without thinking.
With max talent and a first week pop he can reach a near valuble level, but I'd fire him if no pop on thursday
2006-04-23 15:18:27
i'd not even wait on players below weak on the whole.
2006-04-23 23:42:11
Well I suppose I only do if they have quite a large number of weeks
2006-04-24 00:10:32
I do if they have enough weeks to go (at least more than 20). A very good player with great talent (every 4 weeks) could well be more valuable to your team than a formidabel with poor talent, who's good for selling purposes only...
2006-04-24 01:27:48
I comprimised i kept the poor and weak rejected the other 2

You can use my spreadsheet (available in the downloads section of sokkerhelp.org) to see what they will come out.

what level was he when pulled?
2006-04-28 10:42:09
This is what my current crop look like:

Michael Pearse good 2 reject
Spencer Collins solid 2 reject
Damian Collison adequate 8 reject
Jackie Arrowsmith adequate 10 reject
Gregory Melville good 11 reject
Kevin Lawrence adequate 12 reject
Jay Piggin very good 12 reject
Frank Parrish excellent 16 reject
Bruce Bolton solid 19 reject
Mickey Gillatt adequate 24 reject
Craig Falland adequate 25 reject
Nigel Barmby average 26 reject
Joey Stephens good 27 reject
William Ardley good 28 reject

No too shabby, looking foward to start of new season as the excellent 16 should be formidable possibly incredible. But he would have crossed 2 seasons so will probably be 20!

Tim Colley adequate 10 reject
Brian Larkin good 11 reject
Carl Harte good 12 reject

Both the v.good 5's should be excellent when they arrive. And Corey Prime is the most untalented player I have ever seen, he hasnt popped at all since he has been in my juniors! Dont know why I kept him really?!
