pretty decent :)

Got this guy today, came out as formidable +1, not quite sure what to do with him:

Teddy Lambert, age: 20
value: 70 050 £, wage: 945 £
club: Springfield Wanderers, country: England
very good form, tragic tactical discipline

tragic stamina, tragic keeper
weak pace, excellent defender
excellent technique, hopeless playmaker
poor passing, average striker

Might keep him as a defender, or I could sell him. I am at a crossroads, what do you think he could go for if I sold?
2007-01-11 14:32:41
talented? Hard to say..if you aren't training pace right now he won't be that good for a while...with that tech he might fetch a good price but no pm might hinder his sale.
2007-01-11 14:35:35
Plus he's 20, so don't expect a mahoosive transformation if you keep him, and don't expect a monster transfer fee either. If either of these happen you will then be pleasantly surprised :)

He was a 5 week popper with an outstanding youth coach, so he has pretty decent talent. Not aiming to train pace for at least 3 seasons. But he is better than all my other defenders, but his lack of stamina make me want to sell him.

Decided to keep him and train stamina for a couple of weeks, my other trainees could do with some anyway. I have an Outstanding (possibly an incredible) coming next week, so fingers crossed for him!

Can the stamina wait til end of season? I usually do a week or two at the end of the season so it doesn't "waste" half a week's training.

I guess it can wait. He will have to play in my reserves until I sort his stamina out though.
See sometimes you do make sense Woppa!!!

Ermm, we can't have that.

Train him in GK!
