As mine is so bare I have huge gaps between all of mine. lol

But as I only try to keep talented and of a decent level I sack loads, I do try and get youths that could come out 16 though.

My school isn't too bad. The highlighted chaps have straight 4 week talent, which is uber with just a formidable coach, and i would expect those player to be 3.something's with a top coach.

Its not too bad at all.

I have had a magical coach for a fair while now, I would like to think that has helped.

I just hope for one really lucky pull, although, to be honest I have had one all-ready getting a solid YP who is worth money (Ingram).
