Its not too bad at all.
I have had a magical coach for a fair while now, I would like to think that has helped.
I just hope for one really lucky pull, although, to be honest I have had one all-ready getting a solid YP who is worth money (Ingram).

Oddly most of mine will come out at excellent, just missing the bolding, still Collishaw, Oxley, and Tragelles, will all be incredibles or brilliants.
I think I'm averaging 2 outstandings+ every season.

I know the feeling, there are around another 5-6 juniors who will exit my junior school at excellent. I don't keep a junior unless they will come out as very good or higher, or if they could be young.
snap.
exactly the same here, as I have posted somewhere else, very good is the point when "normal" youths can actually be worth something, or trainable, with a bit of luck though obviously, adequate will suffice if they have only entered the school this season, and will also exit this season.
Still a couple of those could make formidable if I upgraded.....

The only way I could upgrade is to get an unearthly coach.
While I would love to do that, I think it would cost me too much to be able to buy/recruit the coach.

On the subject of coaches, just had a look at the trainers market....
Mikołaj Romanowski, age: 52,
wage: 21 780 £ country: Polska
magical coach
Training effectiveness:
unearthly of stamina, very good of keeper
incredible of pace, unearthly of defender
unearthly of technique, unearthly of playmaker
unearthly of passing, unearthly of striker
I have never seen a magical coach with lower wages!

kept a poor, just because i don't have anyone and he may be talented with 30 or so weeks in the yoofs!
Might have to keep this guy, even though he is tragic, he could actually come out OK as he has 33 weeks to go:
Chopper Ginger
Got an adequate with 18 weeks and an average with 22 weeks, got rid of a tragic and kept a weak with 32 weeks to go.

In the junior squad you have a player name, then a number.
The numbers is the weeks it will take before you can pull the guy, each week on thursday it goes down one, and the level of your junior player may go up.
once you get to 1 week, the next thursday you will get a message in your office bit saying one junior is ready to join, so you then go to your junior squad and click on 'contract'
