in all fairness is does not matter if your in the premiership! or div 4 and losing all your games! theres a big difference of playing with the best english players and club level! all you need to know to become a nt manager is tactics! nothing else it does not matter what juniors he keeps! thats down to him it has nothing to do with nt credentials to be fair!

Its all done and dusted now, Ken jumped down my throat by mistake and said sorry for it. I did nothing wrong except try and offer advice so I got uppety, thats why I am called an old git at home. lol...and I never said anything really on his NT thread. :)

i do that a lot, if i have no decent youth prospects i keep a few ones like that to judge talent, still could be a talented 17yo
