definitely not! if you are only getting Good then you need to improve your trainers and make sure you assign a decent coach to your juniors

I had Blount join this week, Chard last week; hope for talent.

Probably get £150-£200k for him, maybe more. He doesnt look top notch now, but with 3 seasons of training he could look very nice at 20.
