Outstanding +0 (popped today), 5 week talent. Not sure what to do with him, training pace for next 2 seasons so could keep him and hope for a random or two in the other areas. What do you lot think?
Dwayne Burge, age: 19

If you have a space for pace training it wouldn't be a bad idea i'd say?
It would probably mean selling another older guy, but I can live with that I suppose. I will have to think about it though I guess.
If you trained him in pace for 2 seasons and were lucky with the randoms i think he could look like this:
Dwayne Burge, age: 21
club: AFC Bramford Lane, country: England
value: 68 400 £, wage: 915 £
very good form, tragic tactical discipline
poor stamina tragic keeper
excellent pace unsatisfactory defender
formidable technique excellent playmaker
solid passing average striker
Would probably be worth about £750k then?

Thats how I would hope he looked, but he would be 22. He is 19 today, that means he will be 20 tomorrow :(
Problem is I dont want my reserve midfield to be too slow, I like my cup runs :P I am also training this guy in a def slot at the minute, but he will be a mid in 2 seasons time:
Wilf Watt, age: 20
club: AFC Bramford Lane, country: England
value: 121 950 £, wage: 1 275 £
weak form, good tactical discipline
solid stamina hopeless keeper
unsatisfactory pace very good defender
formidable technique very good playmaker
very good passing very good striker
He was a junior pull from earlier in the season, I have been training his def up from weak I think and he popped today to very good def. He seems to be quite talented too, 3.5 weeks per pop in def training is his average from adequate, lower levels he popped 3 weeks straight! But the good thing about him is that he has only random popped in pace (once) and tech (once), so pops very soon in striker, passing and PM. He will be a very nicely rounded player in 2 seasons time, probably in my first team I would have thought.
