He's an extremely good trainee for a striker trainer / pace trainer though. A lot of striker trainers like their players to have high defender ratings.
2008-05-29 14:58:09
I'd take him off your hands though.
2008-05-29 14:58:11
You don't ask for much, do you? He is absolutely fantastic to one of thousands of people training pace!
I just said the same in the other thread, so it's not just me.

well im keeping him sohe will get stamina next week and maybe can pinch a tech place for next season. plan on training pace soon though.

do yourself a favour and get a valuation in Junior Transfers (en) too. You might be pleasantly surprised, as he's efffectively a week 0 17 year old.

ok will do cheers

as a striker trianer though if that defending was on pace i would probably faint :P

hes not that good! it would take a season at least to get to solid-very good pace starting from tragic
2008-05-29 15:08:53
And you were expecting a 16yo to be useful straight away? You haven't told us his talent yet...i'd expect him to take 1.5 seasons to get there.
2008-05-29 15:09:34
Like NCN said, you might be surprised :)

I sold a week 1 17 year old striker this season 3 x Good striker, tech and pace for just short of £2m.

You could argue that your guy is better.

Woot! Was that just through a bid war or set price?
crikey, it's starting to sound like I know what I'm talking about - that'll never do...
