kept an average 5 and an adequate 32.

I hope the 5 shows 3 week talent and comes out as a 16yr old then I could try and make some money or have someone to train

poor 12
average 31

Kept both, one could be 16, and i think the average 31 could be pulled as a 17yo on the last day of next season.

Peter Lidgate good 26
is this good?
2008-06-02 19:44:46
Potentially, yes. You now need to note how long it takes him in weeks to get to solid.
2008-06-02 19:46:05
Really depends on his talent.

If it was 5, he'd pop at least 5 times and come out Outstanding +5 - he might not be bad!
2008-06-02 19:49:31
whats the talent?

he's the first good ive had with so long to go so here's hoping :)
2008-06-02 19:51:28
talent is how many weeks it takes him to rise a level in junior school (to solid in this case)

i.e. the lower the number the better!
2008-06-02 19:52:21
with the lowest being around 3.25, but for that your youth coach needs to be top
2008-06-02 19:55:42
oooh thanks, well i just invested in a better coach, guess that explains it :)
2008-06-02 19:57:53
no no, not to get those, for that, you need luck :)
2008-06-02 20:00:32
You and steelers are confusing the poor lad ;o)
2008-06-02 20:00:41
Yep, you just need to be a jammy bar-steward like DJ!

A better coach just makes a player pop to the next level more quickly.
2008-06-02 20:02:49
just changed my coaches around so my junior coach is excellent and my main coach solid
2008-06-02 20:05:38
You've got the right idea for ther Junior Coach, but for your Head Coach it's more about his ability in the specific skill you're training that matters.

Ideally you'd want him to be unearhtly/magical in Pace if that's what you're training.

ooh right thats where ive been going wrong :(
might go back and sort my main coach out
2008-06-02 20:15:56
main coach now formidable with outstanding def and brilliant everything else cept pace which is tragic and stamina which is magical. im training defending on def, so does this mean that the defenders are getting defence training? or is the whole squad?
