main coach now formidable with outstanding def and brilliant everything else cept pace which is tragic and stamina which is magical. im training defending on def, so does this mean that the defenders are getting defence training? or is the whole squad?

Peter Lidgate good 26
is this good?

That is very good junior. I haven´t had one of those for ages now. I have only one junior on weeks 20+...and that is adequate 29

To give you an idea - after I'd been playing 1/2 a season and knew what my cashflow was like I had this guy as my head coach...

Sebastian Corbett, age: 45

wage: 11 430 £
club: Busby`s Babes, country: England
excellent coach
Training effectiveness:
average of stamina hopeless of keeper
unearthly of pace outstanding of defender
unearthly of technique poor of playmaker
unearthly of passing outstanding of striker

Unsurprisingly, I trained Pace followed Tech. Then, when I oculd afford it, upgraded to a better coach.

but how many players get trained? what does the position box mena in terms of training?
2008-06-02 20:24:18
It'll be mainly the players who play with DEF orders. Just a small amount of defender training will be given to MIDs, etc.

You've probably spotted this in the rules, but in case you haven't...

...if you use a player in both the league/cup game and friendly in the same week. It's his match orders for the last game that determines his training.
2008-06-02 20:24:20
you need to get a coach that is unearthly in the skill you are training...
2008-06-02 20:28:23
Have a look a this link Training then ask if it still seems a bit alien!

ooh thanks :) cleared it up a bit
sure i read that before, it was just blah blah blah lol

You really, really need to read the Rules and read this and this

If you want to be able to have a thriving junior school with a decent coach i would very much doubt you can afford someone like steelers old coach...i was only just getting by with 1x unearthly coach with £3500 wage...
