Joined my club today - my first Junior to emerge blinking into the light!:

Was Good+3 and had popped to good after 4 weeks in my junior school. Not too bad as far as I can see, only problem is that I'm training pace and he needs technique. Would consider selling him but I've sod all knowledge of what players go for on the TM. Hrm, decisions, decisions.

Don't want to pee on your bonfire, but I don't think you'll get much for him as he's 18 and the skills aren't great.

You might get 10-20k if lucky, but it's more likely to be a couple of thousand.

Sorry to disappoint you mate but he's pretty hopeless in terms of transfer value. If he adds anything to your side or your trainees then just keep him.

an enigma this one. popped like this : -/---/--. So not quite long enough to determine talent, would be anything from 3.5 - 4.5 weeks.

It can't be as low as 5.5 telent, can it? I thought the fastest and slowest pops could only be 1 week apart. Is this wrong?

well, if the middle pop is 4 weeks, then he could have gone to 5 weeks I suppose. More likely to go to 4 though.

That would still be less than 5.5 though right? ;-)

Thought as much, 10-20k is still a fair amount for my team mind, life is frugal down here!

Yep, he'll be worth a few pounds with that distribution. Perhaps 50k, although if talent is unknown i would be tempted to train him a little.

yep, train him until you can prove talent, if he is rubbish then don't show the graph and if he is talented get a fair few quid more out of things!

I got 6 in today for the first time in ages including a Good 32 and Adequate 33....my fingers are crossed for talent in one of those hopefully.
