I would agree with the vague bit. 4.5 with 3 pops and 4.5 with 5 or 6 pops can be two very different things. Bensted was 3.75 with a formidable coach throughout. That's why i don't think dale's example could be any better than about 3.8.

I think Bensted probably represents near absolute max talent.

I would think so, because the 0.3 per level doesn't quite hold up :-) he'd be something like 2.25 talent ;-)

Anything below 4 is good in my book. I even keep 5 weekers. Actually I have a 6 weeker at the moment who will come out outstanding if he stays at 6 weeks. Only 1 full pop so far, and mostly with my old coach.

Well in the past I was a mod and wasted 600k in two attempts trying to upgrade assistants.

This time I got very lucky on just my 2nd try. ;)

Besides theres only 1 mod button and Gibbage will not share it.

The juniors one broke some time ago.

I thought there was one button for all occassions?

The junior bit seemed to stop working after I had Moxon and Hardcastle for some reason.
