I would agree with the vague bit. 4.5 with 3 pops and 4.5 with 5 or 6 pops can be two very different things. Bensted was 3.75 with a formidable coach throughout. That's why i don't think dale's example could be any better than about 3.8.
I think Bensted probably represents near absolute max talent.
i will see if he can give me anymore info.
I would think so, because the 0.3 per level doesn't quite hold up :-) he'd be something like 2.25 talent ;-)
just under 0.2 seems more likely
4.5 with outstanding then looks like 3.95 - still nice.

I put every box to magical and prayed! lol
Then fell off my chair when I saw Unearthly....had to read it again to be sure. ;)

is this the dictionary definition of "splitting hairs " ? Given the scope of possibilities, I would say that is still a good talent.
Anything below 4 is good in my book. I even keep 5 weekers. Actually I have a 6 weeker at the moment who will come out outstanding if he stays at 6 weeks. Only 1 full pop so far, and mostly with my old coach.
Well yes, your answer of "very" was pretty spot on. However, sadly (if you like), some people like to get a bit exact ;-)
Well in the past I was a mod and wasted 600k in two attempts trying to upgrade assistants.
This time I got very lucky on just my 2nd try. ;)
Besides theres only 1 mod button and Gibbage will not share it.

The junior bit seemed to stop working after I had Moxon and Hardcastle for some reason.
