Fanner is disappointing, but Oglander... the word 'gutted' springs to mind!
On a positive note, surely you must have bottomed out - your future pulls can't be any more frustrating, can they?

and stamina too!
Its hard to say thats bad luck though as at 16 he could become a very nice player. He must have popped too?

Considering your coach, you've got a nice range of pulls there. What are your plans?
not bad - I would put Sumant up for sale without telling talent and see who bites, you will get at least tuppence ha'penny for him.
This guy is "Good"? Is he bananas. NEXT!

Plans?? :-) That's too professional for me.
The main problem I have is that although these guys are talented (or show to be) I have not got the HC worthy of their potential. I have sacked all 3 assistants due to a cost-cutting exercise. With these additional 4 players I now have 17 players in my squad.
Brearton = I gambled on him being 16 (dont know talent as he only popped once in 6 weeks) I will try to sell him.
Mutter = Could be a genuine replacement / injury cover for my def in time.
Rew = Although 20 he is a nice talent but I'm disappointed with the def / pm skills. He could do a job for a while in Div IV I reckon?
Sumant = He's better than my gk at the moment and he's a nice age. He's the one I dont really want to sell but he's the only player I believe that some people may enquire about?
I'm in a catch 22 position here............I'm not good enough for Div III yet but I need to stay afloat financially (sounds a little like Ipswich Town). The idea behind opening a YS was to sell all players that graduated, however when the skills are listed upon maturity I find that some could improve my squad furthermore.
I think I need to sit down and plan long term! In the short term I need to start filling my stadium up with local supporters, well down last Sunday for no apparent reason?! I'm in such a poor division that it's difficult to gauge my progress and to evaluate my tactics properly.
Have you got any ideas on what to do?

Where are you losing all your cash, thru your junior coach? I would keep all your pulls from today and train them. Your keeper won't sell for that much i don't think. You should be able to afford 3 cheap assistants, and even a 1x unearthly head coach is ok. We all had to start there, and your players will get better! I will post an example of it at some point, but i will be selling a junior soon who i promoted after about 1 season in the game. With poor coaches, his value has increased from approx £250k to £2m+.
Good +0, 4 week talent. Not great, not bad.

Ok, will do, many thanks.
YC is costing just under 15K a week but the actual school is costing about 12k+ per week
I may get rid of Brearton though.
