Just had a bit of a junior cull.

Got rid of the untalented juniors largely, figured that even if they reach around the level of very good that they will most likely be old & pretty much worthless.

I do that all the time. lol

How many do you have left?

I was going to say do you not do that weekly? Personally, i have 20 juniors, and most of them are due a sacking or have distinctly average talent.

I have 17 now, and stand around that level all the time, probably a little lower than that normally.

Anything below Excllent in the end is dropped no matter what the talent is. Only possible 16 yr olds stay.

I have 22, I aim for very good, but feel that I should probably be a little stricter.

For me though any V Good that has aged is usually worthless.

You sometimes get a sell-able keeper.

Not often though.....look at mine earlier this season. Great talent 3.33 but average keeper with pace.

Always depends on the talent for me, a great talent player should pop fast and make you some money in the future when he sells for a lot more.

Thats true, if talented and by that I mean 3 or 4 week pops then I keep them. A 5 week pop to get to V Good is not worthy with my coach.

Down to 18 juniors now as I have taken out a few more untalented players who will never amount to much.

Not too many exciting prospects for me at the moment, pretty disappointing.

I have one coming out week 0 with talent of less than 4....if hes 18 then I will be made up. I also have a potential Divine junior coming. A lot can happen there though.

I did have 30 but now have 24, Noticed that some of the poor and unsatisfactory's i kept just to fill the school, have talents of 3 and 4's. Im not really bothered about final skill level, more talent.
