I did have 30 but now have 24, Noticed that some of the poor and unsatisfactory's i kept just to fill the school, have talents of 3 and 4's. Im not really bothered about final skill level, more talent.

I agree entirely. I only keep players with a max. of 4. Seems to be a good way to get some decent kids regardless of finishing level as the graph always sells things...

Yeah, Even if they turn out a bit pants the talent should sell them for something. Then they will get quick pops which means more money for you when the club decides to sell him again.
