if he had average / adequate in 3 decent positions (e.g. pace, technique, striker), he would be a good 16 year old. I think.

If he were promoted within the first 3 weeks of the season then he'd be alright. Other than that, not really i'm afraid.

This Guy was rated Excellent, with an excellent youth coach and at 20 with no defence at all he's not really worth training. I'm gutted: he's cost a lot of money to get this far.
