this guy poped again today, he has been every 3-4 weeks, he will be awesome.

I have my highest pull to date coming in 3 weeks, a brilliant+2 with 3.71~ talent.

my youth coach is outstanding, i also have a formidible+ cooming in 2 weeks ;)

i guess its luck, after all i have had nothing from the youth school for a fir few months now

Months? Try years for some! I very much doubt you have had more than one 3 pop with your coach, but still talented.

i dont think he is a 3 pop, sometimes he is a 4 or 5, then 3, i have had him for a while

nah,its that i dont take note of his pop ratio so i guess and it did seem pretty random;)

all elese being equal, anyone got a handle on how many weeks training in the seniors equates to an extra level in juniors?

I saw 3.8 on average on a junior before , also trained by an outstanding coach.

Most of my own junios have been for years. Al you need is bad distro and maximum age, stamina and keeper a lot and the like...

No one can tell you, as the sub doesnt get spread equally.

I don't have the stats any more, but you get a few extra skill points per junior level, but depending on the distribution, this could vary in weeks trained the seniors, that's if i understood you correctly.

@galifax, 3.8 is one 3 pop, and i am well aware this is possible :-)
