Well with decent talent in a season he could look like this???

Lewis Hawes, age: 18

no chance his tech will reach average from randoms in a season

If he has high sub levels and decent talent I have had a few randoms in lower level skills. Some have had a whole pop after just 6 weeks. You maybe right but it is possible, Coatsworth for example keeps randoming a lt and quickly too. Hes 19 now and his guy is only 17 after all?

That's a very optimistic view in my opinion :)... You're forgetting the weeks that I'll forget to put him in my team.

I'll settle for very good def & pace by then !

LOL well I am sure thats possible, but it would be interesting to see what hes like in a seasons time. ;)

He'll certainly be worth a lot more by then.....

well, this 18 yo cost me 750k ish a few weeks back ( he had good pace then), so I guess Hawes might be worth 500 k in a season.

Extremely difficult to say for a 16yo. 100-200k £ for sure, but that`s the minimum you can get.
