It is the end of minimal sub level good juniors i reckon.

Yes I assume it must be, could be talented though and still could be a nice player even as a 19 yr old.

I think that it's still the same; just the coach over-estimating the skill. It looks like the coach can be at most 2 levels out, based on my own lot.

I got a 16y/o good 11 today. Hopefully he's talented. And not average, rather than good.

It's possibly still there. My point is you'll never know because of the estimations.

Oh, i had 6 join today (with 11 open spaces, oops!) and 3 were sacked.

The 3 kept are not exactly world beaters though, here's two of them:
