I think at the end of the day once you average the pops and time in school you can get a talent reading anyway.
Another point which people are failing to recognise is the actual savings people will make from not keeping and 18 yr old 13 or 14 at the start of the season with the vain hope of them being 16.

I would hazard a guess that he has had a 5 week pop and then a 4 week pop wouldn't you?
Also that before his last rise the coach was unsure of his level due to him not having played a match.....does that make sense or seem viable to you?
I am trying to see the positives here, and I do believe that this is how we shall see talent still etc.......

I'm keeping faith in SokkerViewer, I can prove what the talent was before things went crazy!!
In a few months when I no longer have the old talent, it should be a useful tool in approximately estimating the average talent over the entire duration in the youth school.

You knew his age though for a while though didn't you?
Its a shame but you'll still get ok money for him. He must be close to pops as he looks quite low skilled for a magical.

why should we care what skills the juniors will come out with if we can't effect the final outcome? having a vague idea if my youth will come out as a striker or keeper isn't going to change anything is it?
but you can't train them until they graduate, at which point their skills become apparent. sorry, i know as admin you have to toe the company line but still
Its nothing to do with being an admin. There are parts to this game that I am unhappy with, Supporter Mood for me is definately a sore issue.
The Juniors part to the game has only just been changed, it is a fresh change and I am hopeful that it will be a success. The extra match a week can only create more interest for Users imo and I feel that it will become a big plus point.
If it isn't then I will be disappointed too as I have an Unearthly YC and apparently I should benefit from the High Cach level.
Lets just wait and see what happens now with coaches assessments now that we have matches being played?

How? When talent is up and down like a whore's drawers each week, averaging the pops is meaningless.
