I've gotten a 31 week 17yo Solid (I believe that makes him at worst an Adequate?) join the school today, so hopefully he's talented.

I've had 3 level rises and drops with a magical JC, so I think he could be average at absolute worst.

Came out today as an adequate junior, he joined as an average 6. He popped to adequate 1st week then plopped to weak the following week, popped to average the week after and then popped today to adequate. Therefore I have no idea of talent, sorry.

I've got a guy that keeps rising and falling every week, even though he finished his training with me weeks ago! (I haven't promoted anyone from the school since the new system wasw brought in; they look worthless and have been playing junior matches instead).

it's complete bobbins now... which I wouldn't mind as much, but for the 30 junior limit - Simply not enough slots to give time to assess talent accurately (surely a joke) before needing to make more space for Saturday.

in this case, wouldn't it make sense to pull him when he is outstanding? I mean, if they are going to keep fluctuating like that.. Or does the skill level they are pulled at not influence their skill distributions when pulled anymore?

ie. A formidable pull has say 29-35 skill points. Outstanding is 35-40 skill points, Incredible is 40-44 skill points..

Or something along those lines?
