my quality of juniors is definately going down, i havent had a junior come on a saturday above the level of unsatisfactory for about 7 weeks. disgusted. :(

I never bother with juniors on the llast few weeks of the season... they are always about to go up an age anyway... Its a good way of freeing up the youth school

If your quality is going down towards the start of next season, then I'm sorry to hear that :(

Yep, there is no use keeping a good 3 you've just got in your school for instance as he'll only come out 17 and pap :)

This is the kind of thing i was talking about in another thread that makes youth schools manageable. You just need to know what juniors are likely to make you the most money and get rid of the rest :)
