A couple of decent youths arrived in the school -
16 good 29
17 solid 33
Bet they turn out rubbish.

Have trawled through the forums but can't find an answer to the dropping in levels of youth's skills. Very rarely do I get a youth that hasn't had some sort of blip along the way. Is that because of my youth coach (he is brilliant level)? Gets very frustrating to think I have a very talented youth after a few rises and then them the ungrateful urchin drops four levels.
Is talent as simple as level three when started, thirty weeks later he is a 6 (regardless of ups and downs) therefore talent = 30 / 3 = 10?

thats how i work it out simply put. Though thats not a great equation to use especially if the player joins on level 6 and goes to level 3 after 1 week then pops regulary after that. That could mean his talent is screwed and undersold hugely. I can hardly ever work out talent anymore and just provide to graph so people can see and work it out whatever way they want too.
Complete pops after graduation are a more reliable indicator, obviously. But the best talents tend to pop reliably in the youth school.
Came out V.Good+2, talent around 3.4 to 3.5
