New season Juniors......what did you get this morning?

I got 5, an 18 yr old fired plus:

16 yr old average with 12 wks left.
16 yr old good with 15 weeks left.
16 yr old weak with 24 weeks left.
16 year old weak with 33 weeks.

Surely must get something good from those 4?

2 17yos both fired

I was very lucky then....I have never had a good 1st week before, this may not be but it looks promising.

As I say every week 0 so far I have had big disappointment, I was really not expecing that...I hope at least 1 is talented, otherwise I have been really unlucky. I need a good youth to come soon, my trainees are getting old now and I need to freshen up soon.

So, at least 1 in 4 of your youths are talented? Some people really are very lucky!

I had 2 17yo's and an 18yo.

I have no idea what % of mine are talented....there are varying degreesanyway. I don't think I have ever had a super talent like Blue clearly is, or even Bensted

Well, you just said yourself that if one of those 4 are not talented you will have been unfortunate. I am thinking more like 1 in 10 youths are talented, and with just 11~ spaces available in the U21, I would consider yourself very lucky if one has u21 potential.

More likely to be 1 in 20 I'd say. Or maybe I keep firing the best ones.

Only 1 for me. 16 yr old good with 16 weeks.

I'd guesstimate that about 1 in 5 of the juniors I don't immediately sack are talented ...but only 1 in 5 of the talented ones have a good enough age/starting skill combo to be a decent trainee.

So more like 1 in 25 for me :(
